[2023] Which supports would be the most OP if they had solo gold and xp?

Been enjoying playing support champs top and jungle for a while now as well as in ARAM and they feel so much stronger not being handicapped with duo xp and 0 gold. Naut with levels has actual good base damage and same for taric. Getting these guys on actual tank items with level parity makes them so fun too and actually tanky. So this got me thinking: if you could get any support on par with mid or top for levels and gold, which supports would be stronger than most? Mage “supports” don’t count because they’re just powercrept and/or underplayed mid laners that need work to be viable. I’m asking about supports that you would very seldomly lane — if they could even lane without being considered trolling.

Tldr; Assuming the support roster has gold and level parity with the solo lanes, which would be strongest?
