Patch 14.2 reverted Riot's changes to "simplify tooltips" but even after adding some of them back in, it still is disappointingly useless on a lot of items

Currently hitting Shift on Riftmaker breaks down that 10% = 10%, but doesn't tell you how much AP the item is even giving you :(

This was already in the tool tip prior to their changes, so it's not like they needed to make anything new, just correctly put it back in.

I know not to expect anything amazing but I feel like, especially on an item like Riftmaker, being able to see how much AP you are getting is important. Currently the only way to tell seems to be just, counting up everything else that gives you AP and seeing how much extra you have.

Honestly I don't agree with their plan to simplify tooltips to begin with, but this is a bit of a joke. They are simplifying things so much, that seeing what the item even gives you is becoming more complicated.
