[2019] Winter themed Summoner's Rift

Hello!

Has there been any confirmation if there will be snowy Summoner's Rift themed map this year?
I personally really enjoyed it last year, as it gives nice magical feeling and the theme playing in the background was so relaxing :D I am however concerned that we won't be getting it this year, because there will be some major map reworks when season 10 hits and RIOT team might not implement the snowy theme by then.

I would be really glad if someone found any source of information regarding this topic, as I got nothing :(
