[2019] I created a program to calculate how many times someone has played a champion in the last 3 years

Hi peeps,

I have made a program in python that is able to determine how many times a player has played a champion in the last 3 years. Right now this script is not open source but will be posted on GitHub.

If you have any question or want your own results feel free to shoot me a pm! ( I have used an example player in this result set)
