[2022] Na q times are absurd right now

I am a gold player trying to queue into ranked as fill and the q time is 20min.

Currently 6pm est so it's not a time of day issue.

I see XQC is currently streaming league but I highly doubt him alone would increase q times 10 fold.

I am missing something?
