Pretty much the title. I feel that I've gotten to know players a lot more just based on their responses to the LEC Pop Quiz, making them much more likeable.
I wish the LCS also did as its hard to support new players/teams since everything feels bland.

It always comes down to willingness and availability. While both the LEC and LCS have some content requirements, the vast majority of content requires that both the pro and the team want to do it, and that it fits into an already busy schedule. I think a lot of fans might just assume that LEC and LCS have access to whomever they want, whenever they want, and that's just not the case.
