Hey y’all;
After the patch pushed lived earlier this week with our newest fix for the Victorious repeating quest, we saw that some of you were still being affected by the bug keeping you from completing it. With your help (thank you again), the team was able to identify and start tackling that bug, but we’re already quite a ways into the event.
So, for anyone still encountering the bug (about 1% of players) please reach out to Player Support, soon. We cannot apply this after the event ends. In your message please give at least the following details:
- A clear heading: “Victorious Quest Bug - Still affected”
- The date that you’ve experienced the bug since (Beginning of event, since second patch, etc, as close as you can recall)
After receiving your message, Player Support will prepare to award 6 Event Currency for every day your account has been affected, from the start of your issue to the day the fix is deployed. We don’t have an ETA yet on the fix, but I’ll keep you posted as I get the information. You will receive the event currency after the fix is deployed (that way it’s a fixed amount of days no matter when you report it). Should we get too close to the end of the event, we’ll award before it goes away so you can still get your unlocks!
So, TL:DR
- This bug is still affecting ~1% of players
- If you experienced this/are experiencing it, file a new ticket with a clear heading and the date you have been affected since
- We’ll be pushing a fix as soon as possible
- You will get 6 EC (event currency) for each day you were affected (start of bug -> fix)
- The EC will be awarded AFTER the fix drops, but before the event ends

UPDATE 10/18:11:30am PT -Hey hey! Hoping to have more information for y'all by end of day today. The team's been heads down on this, but wanted to let you know!
UPDATE 10/18: 6:08pm PT - The team is on track to deliver a fix deploy shortly. Will have more info in the am.
UPDATE 10/19: 6:17pm PT - The Player Support team has begun messaging out players regarding awarded currency, and the vast majority of players previously experiencing the bug should now be unstuck (as of this morning) from any quest progress. If you are in the sliver of cases still affected, your Player Support rep should award you currency for the entirety of the event's duration.
As for questions regarding an extension, we will not be extending the event. With the amount of currency given for the those unable to complete the Victorious quest, players should comfortably be able to complete the Event Pass if they participated in other missions throughout the event's duration. For any questions or further information around the awarded event currency, players should reach out to Player Support.
