I dont usually post on reddit at all. I have been playing this game since beta, I've seen a lot of valid complaints, ive had periods where i felt the game wasn't fun, but i feel like this game captures what Riot honestly really introduced with League, which was pay for cosmetics, and win with skill.

I really appreciate this game. I got really into MTGA for a while, and even as someone who considers themselves a somewhat competitive gamer, I really had a hard time keeping up unless that was the only game I played.

As this game continues to grow, I'm starting to see more and more what it's capable of. I think things like landmarks and equipment are just the start of a lot of great ways to pull the tide of the game besides big units. I think we still have a LONG way to go, but I really am honestly thankful and proud of how far the game has come.

I am no shill of Riot, I played league since beta, climbed my way to diamond and now hate that dumpsterfire with a passion in my heart. That being said though, there are very passionate people behind this game, and I feel like it has a bright future. It needs more marketing, it needs more interesting control decks (maybe), but I think we are inching towards a place where this game can really stand up to the others.

Just like Dota, nothing really compares to it. Everyone sucks at Dota, even the pros, its just who sucks less. League is more accessible, and i feel this is what LoR is to MTG. Its a great game with a great flow of gameplay. The basics are there, we just need to keep evolving, and I'm positive in a few years this will be one of if not the best online TCG out there.

Anyways, I rambled, thank you to the people developing this game. Please take all the criticisim to heart and consider it, but also know there are people like me who are mostly silent and always excited for the new expansion, and I truly think this one was great.

P.S. Please dont, in any way shape or form, make irelia/azir strong or relevant again.

Thanks!
