There is no way to acquire these coupons as they were for an older version of an Attendance Stamp type event that ran in Korea last year. The items for that event were accidentally left in the multisell exchange and does not function since that event is not in use.

We have a bug in with Dev now for this issue. The wrong item version was used and will need to be replaced again.
