It is 200% boost not including the 100% base. (200%+100% Base).

E.g. Flame Drake NPC normally has 451,610,478 XP at level 99.

With the 200% bonus, you get 1,354,831,434 XP.

With the 200% Rune of XP on top of the 200% bonus, you will get 2,709,662,868 XP.

Sorry for asking this again but it's very important to know the difference.

If this is a base multiplier than i'll boost the hell out of it but if is just a plain bonus like any boost we have in game, i'll just casually enjoy my exp.

 

Base went from 1x to 3x.

E.g. Without XP server boost, the Flame Drake NPC killed with XP Rune 200%, Erupting Vitality 100%, XP Buff 50%, and Freya's Ice Rose 30% = 1,309,670,386 XP.

E.g. With 200% XP server boost, the Flame Drake NPC killed with XP Rune 200%, Erupting Vitality 100%, XP Buff 50%, and Freya's Ice Rose 30% = 3,929,011,158 XP.

Makes sense?
