[2020] Clan Coins not usable - NPC has no option

Clan Coins from Clan Reward are not usable any more. NPC's like Grandmaster/High Priest do not have the dialogue anymore.

Reason: Winter of War Update... Please Fix, you can not get Materials or Bracelets anymore...
