[2020] RED LIBRA details (korea last). For sure here now!

The Red Libra event details you posted are for the Korean region only and a good amount of the details are completely outdated or not for our server. E.g. the 24-hour Red Libra Elysium Blessing has a 10,000,000 Adena fee in Korea, but we are providing the buff for free in our version.

We will be posting the full details tomorrow.
