[2021] Live Server Maintenance: Wednesday, July 21, 2021

Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 4 a.m. PDT /  6 a.m. CDT / 7 a.m. EDT / 1 p.m. GMT+2 and will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.

With this maintenance:

• Routine server updates and modifications.
• Lara’s Eventful Day Off will start for three weeks! Details are available here.
• The Marvelous Mermaid Chest promotion will start for four weeks! Details are available here.
• The Dragon Shirt promotion in the L2 Store will continue for 2 weeks!
• Summer Boost event will end!
• Summer Sale in the L2 Store will continue for 1 week.
• The Suspicious Safe, Shining Gold Bar Box, and Shining Gold Bar will be removed from players' inventories.
• Adena and item drops have been changed in the following hunting zones:
  • Sea of Spores
    • Adena has been increased from 12,264 ~ 28,640 to 14,352 ~ 33,516
    • Amaranthine Weapons and Eternal Armor have been added to the monster drop list with a low chance.
    • Black Mithril, Oriharukon Ore, Dragon Scales, and Angel’s Feather materials have received a minor drop rate  increase.
    • The Blood-red Soul Bead item has been removed from the monster drop list.
    • Shining Aden Treasure Chest will no longer drop from monsters and will be replaced with Aden Treasure Chest at a lower rate
  • Ketra Orc Outpost
    • Adena has been increased from 8,760 ~ 20,421 to 11,155 ~ 26,004
    • Amaranthine Weapons and Eternal Armor have been added to the monster drop list with a low chance.
    • Black Mithril, Oriharukon Ore, Dragon Scales, and Angel’s Feather materials have received a minor drop rate  increase.
    • The Blood-red Soul Bead item has been removed from the monster drop list.
    • Adena Treasure Chest drop rate has been reduced.
  •  Varka Silenos Barracks
    • Adena has been increased from 8,760 ~ 20,421 to 11,155 ~ 26,004
    • Amaranthine Weapons and Eternal Armor have been added to the monster drop list with a low chance.
    • Black Mithril, Oriharukon Ore, Dragon Scales, and Angel’s Feather materials have received a minor drop rate  increase.
    • The Blood-red Soul Bead item has been removed from the monster drop list.
    • Adena Treasure Chest drop rate has been reduced.
  •  Neutral Zone     
    • Adena drop chance has been reduced to 70% and the quantity dropped has been reduced from 28,000 ~ 36,000 Adena to 7,972 ~ 18,596.
    • Amaranthine Weapons and Eternal Armor have been added to the monster drop list with a low chance.
    • Black Mithril, Oriharukon Ore, Dragon Scales, and Angel’s Feather materials have been added to the monster drop list.
    • The Blood-red Soul Bead item has been removed from the monster drop list.
    • Adena Treasure Chest drop rate has been reduced.

There was a typo. It will end as scheduled on 7/28 next week.

But after adena nerf in neutral mobs get stronger (not patk but pdef/mdef) used to do 35k dmg to mob now I barely do 20k dmg? 

Is it another *ninja stealth nerf* ?

Shed some light on this please.

I checked our files and saw no changes to P.Atk./P.Def./M.Def. for any of the monsters in Neutral Zone. Only the rewards were changed.
