This is certainly a conundrum. If you've already tried a redownload, and adjusted your graphics settings, and that didn't work,  we'll need you to submit a ticket to support with as much information as possible so they can figure it out: https://support.lineage2.com/

I had to uninstall and reinstall the game and fixed it.
