No email, it will be automatically applied to your serial codes section on the account management page. All you have to do is choose the server and the character. Codes will not be distributed until end of the week though.

Codes have now been sent to all player's who claimed a Newbie Pack before the update. You just need to apply the coupon in the account management page.
