[2019] Dye system dye powder

this is supposed to work like Vitality system so it will slowly run dry due to XP gained and that's why the powder show up with the automate icon as you can have it auto refill the gauge

@Juji can you advise if there are higher levels then lvl1 of this new passive ?

 

Only the three level 1 Dye passives exist.
