[2019] Live Server Maintenance: Wednesday, May 22, 2019

Game servers will be down for maintenance beginning Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 5 a.m. PDT /  7 a.m. CDT / 8 a.m. EDT / 1400 GMT+2 will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours 45 minutes. 

With this maintenance:

• Standard database maintenance, migration, and application restarts will be performed.
• Added a few consumables that could not be used with the auto hunting UI (additional items will be added later):
  • XP Buff 50% 1-hr/2-hr

  • Fantasy Special Cookie

  • Freya’s Scroll of Storm

• Reduced the delay time on Limit Barrier to refresh on Raid Bosses after failing to break the barrier

• Fixed an issue where the exchange option for Heine Bait Coupons was missing Deton’s Potions and Fishing Spot Passes.

• Fixed the missing information when clicking on the ‘Help’ button for the Ferris NPC.

There are other issues currently with the dev team to address, and we do not have an ETA for their resolution at this time.

There are no additional fixes for this maintenance outside of the ones mentioned.

It's a known issue and with the dev team now. We want it resolved but there is no ETA at the moment. Sooner than later hopefully.

In discussion with Dev team now. It is intended in other regions to teleport while in combat, but we asking to remove it or add more restrictions.

We are trying to prioritize fixes for all of the issues that are being reported before we roll out with another event or store update.

The SA extraction option was missing from our localization files that were never sent over. We received the files today and need to wait a few days to get a fix back with the changes. It will most likely be another week
