[2020] Juju homunculus chat spam

We are looking into getting this issue corrected soon as other regions have reported the same problems with the Juju Homunculus.

Already on the list of things to check today  

This issue was reported as being intended by Dev after we requested for it to be changed. We are asking them again if they can do something to reduce the amount of chat spam it causes.
