[2022] Steel Guild Event 2-Star 1 Billion Reward Correction

There was an error on the Steel Guild Event news post that the 2-Star reward option can give 1 Billion Adena. The correction is that it can give 100 Million Adena, not 1 Billion. We've updated the event details to reflect the new information.
