1217s	mechanics be removed from the raid
1219s	entirely and remember this is going to
1221s	be your first 2v2 debate the Only Rule
1223s	is that there are no rules do what you
1225s	want try to be nice to each other please
1228s	like at least a little bit but this is
1230s	the last time you will be in teams
1232s	together so we'll have greton and Boba
1233s	Jenny behind the rock dat mods and
1235s	Stoops Behind The Bongo Stoops are you

1246s	really today that crazy yeah as
1249s	long as you don't smell as bad as

1258s	topic and again that will be what would

1287s	select who you think had the best
1290s	defense I I want to I want to mention
1294s	this but um these debates and these
1297s	takes that the content creators are
1299s	giving they're not necessar reflect
1301s	necessarily reflective of their own
1303s	personal opinions or Amazon or smate for
1306s	that matter they are assigned topics and
1309s	takes that they have to defend so when
1311s	you vote be sure to vote on who you
1313s	think defended or argued their give and

1360s	debate uh again the Only Rule there are
1363s	no rules let it all out of your system
1365s	now including that gas and have
1368s	the that's not an easy way to start the
1370s	conversation they should be removed okay
1372s	they suck no one really likes them it's
1374s	a lot of artificial difficulty and in a
1376s	game like lost AR where it's about Rec
1378s	clearing raids and going through them on
1379s	a bunch of different characters having
1382s	when everyone knows how to do the raid
1383s	having like even in vikus where you can
1384s	wipe the entire raid at that point when
1386s	you're like a 100 eye levels over it I
1388s	don't think it fits the mold of the game
1390s	I think you can still have fun doing
1393s	raids without having a mechanic that
1394s	wipes everybody but having a wipe
1397s	mechanic allows players to really know
1399s	the raid though because they know yeah
1402s	because you know when it's coming up you
1404s	what does that mean if you're a expl
1406s	what that means listen one second a con
1408s	for example okay okay gate three does
1411s	not have white mechanics it does the
1412s	Statue Mech which one but it happens
1414s	very early in the fight so I don't think
1415s	it should be removed but I don't think
1417s	you should get like eight minutes into a
1418s	fight and then the white mechanic
1419s	happens CU then you have to reprog
1421s	another eight minutes but if it happens
1422s	early I think it's still good why does
1424s	vikus have white mechanics we don't talk
1425s	about fights okay I just want to talk
1427s	about this for a second ban one of the
1429s	best raids in the entire game yeah okay
1431s	it's fun and engaging for new players
1433s	people can make mistakes people aren't
1435s	going to get gate kept too much because
1437s	they're not going to be deterred from
1437s	doing the ra be the one giga chat in the
1440s	raid they'll to clear everything for
1442s	everybody have you ever done the Final
1444s	Phase and been the only person alive on
1446s	the final platform of course yeah the
1448s	player skill prevails okay Tim and the
1452s	most important thing is you have a
1453s	really good view from that usually right
1454s	cuz you're dead hey all I remember is
1456s	heing you in hard mode all listen all
1459s	all that matters you were dead for he
1460s	all that matters games are about having
1463s	fun right and that's an it's an anti-un
1465s	mechanic you just want to go in there
1466s	and enjoy your time and if you're
1467s	reclearing raids I don't want one person
1469s	to wipe them and a lot more people would
1471s	be more likely to bring in like new
1473s	players if I knew that new player
1474s	couldn't wipe the entire ra you're right
1476s	cuz the G respects your time so we got
1477s	to make sure there's no uh I mean if
1478s	there's white mechanic going to be hard
1481s	to yeah but listen you got have fun
1483s	engaging
1485s	mechanics okay that don't punish
1487s	everybody for one person's mistake but
1491s	that's the challenge of it though that's
1492s	what makes L AR different so one
1494s	person's count sitting on their keyboard
1496s	while they're raiding and doing a raid
1497s	everybody exp why
1500s	though exp me why's white mechanic why
1503s	is it good okay well maybe I'm biased
1506s	cuz I solved it when we were doing it
1507s	blind but like no it's an easy mechanic
1509s	right you press G and explain me why

1516s	on if you can't get that you can't
1517s	continue right there's a lot of other
1520s	mechs that can be a hard cap where does
1521s	it wipe the entire raid uh well even in

2006s	to want to do that so lot of MMOs what

2009s	can hop in and there are so many people
2011s	that played lost AR in the past and
2013s	people that might be interested in
2014s	playing today but when they find out how
2016s	much or how far they're behind they're
2018s	not going to want to do it so for me the
2020s	best way to do it is obviously continue
2022s	to revamp a lot of the systems like the
2024s	dailies to make them stay longer when
2025s	they get in the game but also offer a
2028s	reset of some sort like season three or
2030s	tier four I think that would be the best
2032s	way to get people back into the game
2033s	that was your first minute uh dat mods
2035s	your first minute to make your arguments
2037s	starts now okay no that is definitely
2039s	one approach here I do agree with some
2041s	of that but I think there's another way
2042s	to do it because you don't want to
2044s	punish the long-term players MMOs are
2045s	about the longevity your experience

2049s	every all the raids right getting all
2051s	your character progress getting your
2053s	gems and everything else like that but
2054s	the problem is new players are that
2057s	there is that vertical hurdle that they
2058s	do have to overcome and you do want the
2060s	game to be inviting to the new players

2063s	would be is not remove the long-term
2066s	players grind that they work so hard for
2069s	I think what they should do is just
2070s	revamp some of the more punishing
2071s	systems for new players such as
2073s	revamping the card system where instead
2075s	of it just getting straight up power to
2077s	the players maybe it's more of utility
2079s	system so people aren't like hey man

2083s	he doesn't got losos 30 we're not going
2085s	to take them and they just add a more
2087s	Utility side of that aspect and then
2089s	also just introducing more system to
2091s	assist new players in with progressing
2093s	the game like recently there the 1540

2097s	level seven gems there or you can free
2099s	1540 boost you can pretty much do almost
2101s	every single raid all the way up to
2102s	Kangle and you just have to do a little
2104s	more honing to get up to 1580 to do the
2107s	new raid all right that was your minute

2113s	reality is that you could give anybody
2115s	all the gear all the gems whatever but
2117s	as soon as they see that your roster

2126s	doesn't matter if someone super Juiced

2134s	to wipe you and with the white mechanics

2153s	enough for then people to hop back in

2162s	has gone on too long and so they need to
2164s	look to implement tier four for new
2166s	people to come back into the game and

2221s	it would help them introduce in the raid

2225s	system for these Mentor players so these
2227s	new players that want to learn the raids
2229s	you have an experienced guy leading them
2230s	through there and maybe they get some
2231s	extra gold or they get some cards to

4204s	things about MMO RPGs is that you do all

4210s	super frustrating if you don't have
4211s	friends and so we have gone out of the
4213s	way to like help people get into groups
4215s	but if you offer more solo content and
4216s	ways to progress your character via solo
4219s	content then you can at least play on

4222s	morning 12:00 in the afternoon whenever

4228s	giving people ways to progress on their

4981s	what leads to burnout it's doing things
4983s	that you don't actually want to do it's
4984s	things that you feel forced to do and I
4987s	think that's problematic that's why you
4989s	should be able to select the raid that
4990s	you want to do and also for new players
4992s	be that's obviously a concern you always
4993s	want to have the new players having a
4995s	good experience that's why you need to
4996s	add more systems in the game to allow
4999s	other players Mentor them you have a
5001s	better group finder have a better
5002s	matchmaking game so there is players
5004s	that want to learn a raid and there
5006s	should be some type of incentive for
5008s	older players veteran players board
5010s	players to go in there and help them out
5012s	maybe instead of running a bus or
5013s	something that's what a lot of people do
5015s	for extra gold you have a system in
5017s	place in the Matchmaker where you want
5018s	to be a mentor and you basically get the
5020s	equivalent of the bus gold for helping
5022s	the new players and then they also get
5023s	their sets but then if you don't want to
5025s	do that you can just run your favorite
5026s	raid three times per week and make that
5028s	gold cash money all right Boba Jenny you

5647s	create a healthier Community is to make
5650s	it so there's less of a discrepancy
5651s	between the absolute top like Predator
5654s	Slayer and the absolute bottom like you
5657s	know machinist and kind of compress that
5660s	Gap so people aren't getting gay based
5662s	on what they find

5689s	raiding game and in any game any you ask
5692s	people do they raid they might say no
5693s	but in law if you ask them if some ask
5695s	somebody if they raid they're going to
5696s	say yes 100% because it's the game it's
5698s	rating with rating you're going to have
5700s	people that aren't willing to sit there
5702s	and teach other players so it creates
5703s	this experience as a new player where
5704s	you're trying to get into the endgame
5706s	content the raids and people aren't
5707s	always going to be willing to teach you
5709s	these things so I think by Al one giving
5712s	people an opportunity to help other
5713s	players I don't know what that solution
5715s	actually is but creating those and then
5717s	two not putting so much of the focus on
5719s	raids an environment where it's a little
5721s	more laxed chill and you can kind of
5722s	interact and hang out I think those are
5724s	what make uh an MMO more welcoming to
5727s	other players and new players
5728s	specifically right you have to have
5729s	diversity of content but you also have
5731s	to make sure that you can let veteran
5733s	players teach out new players I have

5789s	systems in the game and the
5790s	discrepancies between classes is where
5792s	it is now then you can have the nicest

5795s	going to have toxicity in the game all
