Mir passiert das auch hin und wieder und regt mich unglaublich auf…vor allem wenn es um irgendwelchen Craploot beim Leveln oder Questen geht. Das kostet manchmal mehr Zeit durch die ganze Fummelarbeit als die Quests selbst :smiley:

Bankon leitet es ja bereits weiter und ich packe es sicherheitshalber auch nochmal in meinen Bericht :smiley:

Unexpected maintenance downtimes doesn’t have anything to do with “less quality servers” and are more related to “this server needs to be restarted because X technical reason”. And the same happens in every region from time to time.

Downtime was only 15 minutes, but we saw some reports from players unable to connect after it. We found the issue and everything should be back to normal now.

Thanks for all the reports. Seems that after the short maintenance some players had issues accessing the US West servers but everything is already back to normal.

This is something that’s being discussed internally – I know it has been ongoing for some time, however the clocks in game don’t currently allow for multiple time zones which it will always be “off” to some degree for some players. We are determining what changes we can make to resolve this

We are working on our next roadmap update now – a handful of us are actually in Korea currently, and I am typing this from the Smilegate office :slight_smile: We will provide context about next classes, some pieces of content, and more. It will look similar to the previous 2 month roadmap

If we didn’t have some of these limitations in place, there would be nothing stopping players from repeatedly rage quitting or trolling by cutting internet and harming the experiences of others; it’s a bit difficult
