| 14s | expect in the coming month first and |
| 16s | foremost before we get into details |
| 18s | about the November update we wanted to |
| 20s | give an update on the timing for the |
| 21s | next road map release with Korea's |
| 24s | winter Lowa on event on the way and |
| 26s | slated to take place on December 14th |
| 28s | which is the 13th for us here in the US |
| 30s | due to time zones uh we'll be releasing |
| 33s | our next road map update following the |
| 35s | low on live stream we know players are |
| 38s | super eager to get new information on |
| 39s | December and the beginning of the next |
| 41s | year and we were initially expecting the |
| 44s | next road map at the end of November but |
| 46s | waiting till after Lowa on will allow us |
| 48s | to reveal more and share actual timing |
| 51s | for more new and exciting content we |
| 53s | hope you understand why it'll take us a |
| 55s | little bit longer than we initially |
| 57s | expected for the next update but we |
| 58s | promise it'll be worth it now let's talk |
| 61s | about what you can expect coming up a |
| 62s | little bit sooner the November update |
| 64s | which will launch on November 27th this |
| 67s | update is arriving later in the month |
| 69s | obviously and will be a little bit |
| 70s | lighter as it's on the heels of our |
| 72s | massive October tier 4 update but in |
| 74s | addition to Matt's own favorite piece of |
| 76s | content buzzling Island there are a few |
| 78s | other highlights we want to share the |
| 80s | November update will include the hyper |
| 82s | Awakening road which will primarily |
| 83s | support players in their Journey from |
| 85s | item level 1540 to 1620 the event will |
| 88s | utilize honing rate boosts material |
| 90s | material discounts and rewards chest to |
| 92s | help Heroes hit 1620 but as an |
| 95s | additional option for this event players |
| 97s | that have a character in between item |
| 98s | levels 1620 and 1640 can select that |
| 102s | character for the hyper Awakening road |
| 104s | while they won't get the honing boost |
| 105s | they can still earn and use the mission |
| 107s | rewards keep an eye out for more details |
| 109s | in next week's patch notes also coming |
| 112s | to the November update is the latest |
| 114s | balance patch which is going to include |
| 115s | a variety of balance changes to classes |
| 117s | and other kind of tweaks and alterations |
| 119s | within the new Arc passive system this |
| 122s | balance patch will also release |
| 123s | alongside a number of raid Nerfs which |
| 125s | will lower the HP of bosses and raids of |
| 127s | course that's not all that's included in |
| 129s | the November update we'll also be |
| 131s | releasing the new pet ability system and |
| 133s | North Kon Rapport which we know players |
| 135s | are looking forward to and a couple of |
| 137s | other pieces of content of course be |
| 139s | sure to check out the patch notes when |
| 141s | they release on November 26th next week |
| 144s | finally we just wanted to quickly |
| 145s | mention a couple of additional topics we |
| 147s | know players have been talking about a |
| 149s | lot recently |
| 150s | as most players know there was a major |
| 152s | exploit present in the October update |
| 154s | that pertained to ignite server rewards |
| 157s | and there were some conversation |
| 158s | swirling around additional potential |
| 160s | exploits we had the team update |
| 162s | addressing the major exploit and you can |
| 164s | still view it on our website but we also |
| 166s | wanted to take a minute to assure |
| 168s | players that all of these reports of |
| 169s | additional potential exploits have been |
| 172s | fully investigated and fully addressed |
| 174s | as always we really appreciate those |
| 176s | reports separately we also shared that |
| 178s | the stylebook feature would be available |
| 180s | a earlier this year but unfortunately |
| 182s | due to backend challenges we haven't |
| 184s | been able to yet release this feature |
| 185s | into the game we still want you to know |
| 187s | it's actively being worked on by our |
| 189s | teams I literally had an email in my |
| 191s | inbox about it this morning and we'll |
| 193s | let you know what's happening there as |
