| 11s | beneficial this skill can be when you |
| 13s | use it we're gonna go over why you |
| 15s | should be using it how you can fit it |
| 17s | into your daily gameplay and some other |
| 18s | things that you should just keep in mind |
| 20s | as always if you already know this stuff |
| 22s | be sure to share it with someone who |
| 24s | doesn't but without further ado let's |
| 25s | get started |
| 32s | unlocked at level 50 each class has two |
| 34s | powerful abilities called awakening |
| 36s | skills while only one can be equipped at |
| 38s | a time this skill acts as your class's |
| 40s | ultimate ability and can give you the |
| 42s | advantage during pve and even pvp |
| 45s | battles while also being much more |
| 46s | powerful than your class's normal |
| 48s | abilities |
| 49s | another thing to keep in mind is that |
| 50s | the skill is unique to each class using |
| 53s | the warrior berserker's chain of |
| 55s | vengeance skill will inflict an enormous |
| 57s | amount of damage and end with an even |
| 59s | more powerful explosion and one of my |
| 61s | favorite classes the mage bard has the |
| 63s | ability to rise into the air with the |
| 65s | symphonia skill and grant every ally |
| 68s | within 12 meters a shield that absorbs |
| 70s | damage while also inflicting damage to |
| 73s | enemies and reducing their attack power |
| 75s | speed and move speed |
| 79s | by following the main quest line once |
| 81s | you reach level 50 you'll travel to |
| 83s | trixian to meet beatrice there you could |
| 85s | speak with her to obtain the awakening |
| 87s | quests which will reflect as a purple |
| 89s | adventure quest in your quest journal |
| 91s | you can find your quest journal by |
| 92s | pressing j or you can click adventure on |
| 94s | the bottom right then journal but get |
| 96s | ready to sell if you haven't done too |
| 97s | much of it already because once accepted |
| 100s | you'll be tasked with journeying around |
| 101s | archaea to complete a series of quests |
| 103s | to unlock your first awakening skill |
| 106s | earlier we went over there being two |
| 108s | skills you could potentially unlock |
| 109s | while the first skill is easily unlocked |
| 111s | after completing the awakening quest you |
| 113s | receive at level 50 |
| 114s | the second will be more complex |
| 117s | first you'll need to continue the |
| 118s | storyline until you reach rohindell |
| 121s | eventually a purple side quest will |
| 123s | appear from the postmaster referred to |
| 125s | as awakening mysterious letter these |
| 128s | will take some time to complete as they |
| 129s | require you to sell fight mobs upgrade |
| 131s | your ship and some other things but upon |
| 134s | completion your second awakening skill |
| 136s | will be unlocked |
| 141s | in order to use your awakening skill you |
| 143s | can access your combat skills menu with |
| 146s | k or by clicking character on the bottom |
| 148s | right then combat skills scrolling down |
| 150s | within this menu will allow you to view |
| 152s | the two awakening skills and hovering |
| 154s | over the ability will give you a |
| 155s | description of its perks and benefits |
| 157s | and all you'll need to do here is make a |
| 159s | decision as to which skill you want to |
| 161s | use and once you've decided right |
| 163s | clicking on that skill will equip it |
| 165s | into the slot designated for your |
| 166s | awakening a huge thing to keep in mind |
| 169s | is that using your skill does require |
| 171s | you consume a chaos shard which is a |
| 173s | resource that will cost 250 silver per |
| 176s | each piece you can locate any general |
| 178s | merchant found in any major city to |
| 180s | purchase them and if you're ever in a |
| 182s | situation where you need them but don't |
| 184s | have enough you can also trade with |
| 186s | other players to obtain them |
| 191s | now that you know the ins and outs of |
| 192s | your awakening skill let's talk about |
| 194s | some of the things you should definitely |
| 195s | keep in mind when using it |
| 197s | first unlike your character's normal |
| 199s | abilities your awakening skills cannot |
| 201s | be upgraded or enhanced with the use of |
| 203s | the tripod skills however they can be |
| 206s | with accessories such as necklaces rings |
| 209s | and earrings |
| 210s | second after use of the ability there is |
| 213s | a five minute cooldown because of this |
| 215s | try to maximize how effective your skill |
| 217s | is by using it during challenging |
| 219s | moments such as boss fights or guardian |
| 222s | raids or even chaos dungeons and using |
| 224s | it to wipe out entire mobs finally once |
| 227s | you unlock both skills with your main |
| 229s | character you can visit beatrice at |
| 231s | trixian with your alternate characters |
| 234s | and receive the skills without needing |
| 236s | to redo any of the quests |
| 238s | all in all your awakening skill will |
| 240s | assist you in giving you the advantage |
| 241s | against any grind boss battle even pvp |
| 245s | with other players |
| 248s | if you're ever in game and want a |
| 249s | refresher or want to check out what your |
| 251s | awakening skill is without having to |
| 253s | waste shards be sure to check out the |
| 255s | training room the training room is a |
| 257s | private room you can travel to in order |
| 259s | to train against mobs and bosses learn |
| 261s | important game mechanics such as |
| 263s | awakening there are also others like |
| 265s | stagger weak point there's even a |
| 267s | session there to teach you how to |
| 269s | counter attack it's a great feature i |
| 271s | found in lost ark that i definitely |
| 272s | recommend checking out to not only |
| 274s | improve your combat knowledge but learn |
| 276s | how to use your skills effectively |
| 278s | also by completing all of the basic |
| 280s | missions you'll receive a cosmetic |
