| 20s | we're going to slow it down and talk |
| 21s | about abyssal dungeons first what they |
| 24s | are how you can take advantage of them |
| 26s | and some other things that you should |
| 27s | keep in mind when jumping in as always |
| 30s | if you already know this stuff be sure |
| 31s | to share it with someone who doesn't but |
| 33s | without further ado let's get started |

| 43s | one of lost ark's most challenging game |
| 45s | modes abyssal dungeons are a team-based |
| 47s | activity that will help you learn |
| 48s | increasingly difficult mechanics work |
| 50s | alongside other players to fight |
| 52s | multiple bosses and earn some pretty |
| 54s | cool rewards you'll unlock abyssal |
| 56s | dungeons at item level 340 |
| 59s | some of the things you want to keep in |
| 60s | mind are you'll be fighting multiple |
| 62s | bosses each with their own fighting |
| 64s | mechanics |
| 65s | next although you can retry as many |
| 67s | times as you want some of the higher |
| 69s | item level dungeons can cause your party |
| 71s | to be wiped requiring you start over |
| 74s | from the beginning |
| 75s | this makes taking the time to learn the |
| 77s | mechanics on your first few runs very |
| 79s | important but all in all abyssal |
| 81s | dungeons give you an outlet to acquire |
| 83s | steady gold and rewards and are super |
| 85s | fun to run through |

| 90s | you can queue up an abyssal dungeon at |
| 92s | the abyssal dungeon statue which you can |
| 94s | find in any major city represented by a |
| 96s | blue crystal |
| 97s | fast travel to the area it's in but |
| 98s | before you get started make sure they're |
| 100s | unlocked and you're at a minimum item |
| 102s | level of 340. to unlock you'll need to |
| 105s | follow and complete the elins request |
| 107s | world quests which is represented by a |
| 109s | blue globe icon in your quest journal |
| 111s | once you've completed the requirements |
| 113s | you're ready to do your first abyssal |
| 115s | dungeon but keep in mind you will need |
| 117s | to join with a party of either four or |
| 119s | eight players so if you missed the |
| 121s | session with your friends earlier don't |
| 123s | worry because you can use the party |
| 125s | finder to locate other players who want |
| 127s | to join in and help you can also create |
| 129s | a lobby and field applicants yourself or |
| 132s | apply to a party |
| 133s | now if you do this and end up with a |
| 135s | party full of randoms for your first few |
| 136s | runs i want you to know now someone may |
| 139s | tell you to skip those cutscenes but if |
| 141s | it's your first time rolling through |
| 142s | watch them if you want but don't get |
| 144s | frustrated when you become the season |
| 146s | veteran wanted to skip and someone else |
| 148s | wants to watch |

| 153s | abyssal dungeons give a variety of |
| 155s | awesome rewards to help you level up |
| 157s | your character when you successfully |
| 159s | conquer an abyssal dungeon you'll get a |
| 161s | loot drop right off the bat with chances |
| 163s | at engraving books cards and other |
| 165s | useful materials and guaranteed |
| 168s | accessories honing materials a currency |
| 170s | specific to that dungeon and gold |
| 173s | you can use the dungeon's currency to |
| 175s | trade for more accessories at the abyss |
| 177s | trade npc or use them at the abyss |
| 179s | equipment npc to craft full legendary or |
| 182s | epic gear sets with special bonus |
| 184s | effects for wearing a matching set |
| 186s | some of my favorite rewards are the |
| 188s | accessories you get that are guaranteed |
| 190s | to have one of your classes engravings |
| 192s | applied to them but you'll also get |
| 194s | battle and class engravings ability |
| 196s | stones card packs and honing materials |
| 199s | also after the loot drops from clearing |
| 201s | the dungeon you have the option of |
| 202s | buying a bonus chest with some of the |
| 204s | gold you are i definitely recommend |
| 206s | purchasing these because you'll get even |
| 208s | more honing materials cards and |
| 211s | accessories |

| 216s | after completing an abyssal dungeon you |
| 218s | may come across armor that is of a |
| 219s | better quality or provides more benefits |
| 222s | to your character when worn you'll also |
| 224s | accumulate currency that can be |
| 225s | exchanged to craft unique year at the |
| 227s | craftability equipment npc when a |
| 230s | complete set is worn additional benefits |
| 232s | will be applied to your character and |
| 234s | you'll get a bonus if two pieces are |
| 236s | worn such as increasing your move speed |
| 238s | when wearing a set of enraged nature |
| 239s | gear or improved attack and move speed |
| 242s | by wearing a set of boisterous elemental |
| 244s | gear you may notice that although the |
| 246s | benefits are better when wearing these |
| 248s | sets once equipped your item level |
| 250s | decreases significantly because the gear |
| 252s | isn't honed this is when gear transfers |
| 255s | come into play |
| 256s | offered by the gear honing npc an npc |
| 259s | you may have already become used to |
| 260s | visiting to increase your item level |
| 262s | gear transfers allow you to transfer the |
| 264s | item level of honed gear to gear that |
| 266s | has not been honed for a small fee of |
| 268s | silver |
| 269s | to begin first find the npc and click |
| 272s | gear transfer in the menu any armor you |
| 275s | picked up that hasn't been honed as well |
| 276s | as what you have currently equipped will |
| 278s | reflect on the left side |
| 280s | next you'll need to click the gear you |
| 281s | want to transfer the levels to which |
| 283s | will be the unhoned gear then select the |
| 286s | target gear which will be the gear with |
| 288s | the increased levels |
| 289s | when finished clicking the gear transfer |
| 291s | button at the bottom of the menu will |
| 293s | cause you to spin some silver and |
| 294s | complete the transfer finally access |
| 297s | your inventory and equip your new armor |

| 304s | similar to other in-game modes there are |
| 306s | some restrictions that apply that you |
| 308s | should keep in mind about abyssal |
| 309s | dungeons changing gear skills and battle |
| 312s | items is not allowed unless you are at a |
| 314s | battle station which for abyssal |
| 316s | dungeons there are at least two in every |
| 318s | dungeon |
| 319s | battle stations are represented by rings |
| 321s | you can step inside that allow you to |
| 323s | change items skills gear and more so if |
| 326s | you're ever having a tough time taking |
| 327s | down any bosses you can respond and use |
| 330s | the station to switch it up |
| 332s | being prepared will only ensure you're |
| 334s | maximizing the amount of time you spend |
| 336s | leveling up so you can get to even more |
| 338s | challenging content |
| 339s | also unlike chaos dungeons and guardian |
| 342s | raids which you can complete daily |
| 344s | abyssal dungeons have a weekly entry |
| 346s | count limit of once per week per |
| 348s | character |
