| 42s | through all of the highlights in the |
| 44s | patch notes so that players don't have |
| 45s | to read through 22 000 words on their |
| 48s | own uh the goal is for this to be a |
| 50s | monthly segment that we do so we have a |
| 53s | more Express version of the patched |
| 55s | notes for people on the go or who just |
| 57s | want to video format instead we've been |
| 60s | trying to do more video projects |
| 62s | recently with the road map Debate Club |
| 65s | and this is the the next in the in that |
| 68s | line in the in that series all right why |
| 70s | don't you uh dive in because you got a |
| 72s | lot of stuff to cover oh yeah |
| 75s | yes we do uh so like I said the goal of |
| 78s | this video is to cover the highlights |
| 80s | for all of the very specific changes |

| 98s | highlights and some of the big changes |
| 99s | that are coming in |
| 100s | perhaps the biggest change and one of |
| 102s | the coolest reads I think in Lost Ark is |
| 106s | arriving in this update we have the icon |
| 108s | Legion raid it's the |
| 111s | plague Legion Commander Legion raid |
| 113s | where you'll face a con in an eight |
| 116s | player raid we're dropping both normal |
| 118s | and hard mode normal is going to come in |
| 121s | at 1580 and hard is going to be item |
| 123s | level 1600. there's also a practice mode |
| 126s | like uh both Braille shaza and |
| 129s | cack will say it on so if you need some |
| 132s | practice at a lower item level you can |
| 134s | hop in there and still earn some uh earn |
| 137s | some rewards quick lore snippet before |
| 139s | we move on a con is back he's his body |
| 143s | has been gathering in Argentine and it's |
| 147s | time to put a stop he is diseased plague |
| 150s | is slowly killing all of the residents |
| 152s | so it's time to hop in and put a stop to |
| 154s | that before it overcomes even more of |
| 156s | arcasia yeah so question |
| 159s | um yeah so uh a con cool demon Legion |
| 163s | Commander awesome what are the benefits |
| 165s | of this like what does the player get |
| 166s | out of this experience yeah so one of |
| 168s | the big rewards is upper level ancient |
| 172s | gear so the next |
| 174s | um you know big increase in gear New |
| 176s | Gear sets that you can gear transfer |
| 178s | into are gonna drop you can earn the |
| 182s | crafting materials in both normal and |
| 184s | hard mode hard will drop more just like |
| 186s | bro shaza and previous raids |
| 189s | but yeah crafting that is going to be uh |
| 192s | you know a big thing it introduces the |
| 195s | next set of honing materials as well so |
| 198s | there's new obliteration Stones new |
| 201s | leapstones all of that stuff those will |
| 204s | also be earnable in a con and we're also |
| 208s | updating a few existing con pieces of |
| 211s | content to drop those materials as well |
| 213s | so they'll drop from kiangle hard now |
| 215s | they're also going to drop in the new |
| 217s | Guardian raid sonoval |
| 219s | and also in the new chaos dungeons that |
| 223s | are arriving |
| 224s | yeah well I mean you just brought up |
| 226s | sonneville why don't we hop into that |
| 227s | yeah absolutely so another way of |
| 230s | earning some key materials is the new |
| 232s | Guardian raid sonovel you might notice |
| 235s | if you're looking at it spelled out that |
| 237s | it is levanos backwards and that is |
| 239s | because son of L is the evil iteration |
| 242s | of levanos who was once the protector of |
| 246s | the Wilds of Arcadia and has now gone |
| 248s | over to the dark side he is fully |
| 251s | embraced his identity as a chaos |
| 253s | guardian and it's up to players to put a |
| 255s | stop to that the new Guardian rape is |
| 258s | going to be item level 1580. |
| 261s | um |
| 261s | and drop all of the new materials |
| 264s | one of the other cool things you can get |
| 266s | is a new legendary Gale wind Rune that |
| 270s | will drop from the new tier of Guardian |
| 272s | raids that uh sonnerville is the first |
| 275s | one of |
| 276s | yeah so we have both the Khan and |
| 278s | sonovel those are the main new raids the |
| 281s | other like really big highlight coming |
| 283s | is obviously the aromancer advanced |
| 285s | class |
| 286s | the second specialist class she's super |
| 289s | unique has a really cool Suite of skills |
| 292s | using both her umbrella as a weapon and |
| 294s | harnessing the power of the weather for |
| 297s | a bunch of really cool attacks I think |
| 299s | the animations are just awesome |
| 303s | so she's arriving for anyone that's |
| 305s | excited to play her and whether or not |
| 308s | you're excited to quickly level up an |
| 310s | aromancer or try out another class |
| 312s | you've been eyeing for a while we have |
| 314s | the super makoco Express event which is |
| 318s | geared to quickly get a character up to |
| 320s | item level 1540 and even help beyond |
| 323s | that since you'll be getting some gems |
| 325s | and honing materials all the way up to |
| 327s | item level 1580 which puts you right |
| 329s | where you need to be for sonovel a con |
| 332s | and uh the new chaos dungeons as well |
| 336s | all |
| 337s | the super makoco Express event is also |
| 340s | way better than some of the previous |
| 342s | hyper Express events the gems that are |
| 345s | dropping are going to be higher and it's |
| 347s | going to come with engraving support |
| 349s | that is five by three so you can really |
| 352s | get a good setup for whatever character |
| 354s | you activate that on |
| 355s | it lasts until November so you have |
| 358s | plenty of time to either take it slow |
| 360s | and earn all the rewards that you're |
| 362s | getting along that track or if you're |
| 365s | trying to push fast you can do that too |
| 367s | so those are the uh the big ones |
| 370s | how about the other 75 000 pages |

| 375s | so like Michael said those are the big |
| 377s | changes coming there's also a bunch of |
| 380s | key changes coming to daily activities |
| 383s | which we know players have been really |
| 384s | looking forward to and we're excited to |
| 387s | integrate them as fast as we've been |
| 389s | able to so starting off we have chaos |
| 391s | dungeons the monsters are going to aggro |
| 394s | a lot faster it's going to speed up the |
| 396s | whole experience of the dungeon spawn |
| 398s | density is higher new card drops are |
| 401s | going to be available in the chaos |
| 403s | dungeons themselves and a new reward has |
| 406s | been added to both that and guardian |
| 408s | raids which I will talk about in just |
| 410s | one second |
| 411s | speaking of Guardian raids there's going |
| 414s | to be a few changes you see when you log |
| 416s | in there's a new way of categorizing the |
| 419s | guardian raids all of the existing |
| 421s | Guardian raids in the game are going to |
| 423s | be categorized under vergris's test and |
| 427s | then a new category is going to be |
| 429s | available moving forward with |
| 431s | sonnerville as the first one which is |
| 433s | the chaos Guardian purification so it |
| 436s | kind of shows the practice that you've |
| 438s | been having and now the war against the |
| 440s | chaos Guardians is starting |
| 442s | and it's a new new segment there but the |
| 446s | change you probably care about the most |
| 447s | is that we are dialing it back so that |
| 450s | players will only need to clear one |
| 451s | Guardian a day to get all of the rewards |
| 453s | and of course we're amping up the amount |
| 456s | of rewards that you gain in a single |
| 458s | Guardian raid to make up for that change |
| 461s | um |
| 461s | so the reward system that I mentioned |
| 463s | just a second ago for chaos dungeons |
| 465s | also available in Guardian raids they're |
| 468s | called fate Embers and it's a new item |
| 471s | that can drop in both chaos Dungeons and |
| 474s | guardian raids where you interact with |
| 478s | it and it gives you a random bonus |
| 482s | uh reward which is super cool it could |
| 485s | be anything from a ton of silver to gold |
| 487s | even cards card XP so it's a fun new |
| 492s | system that makes playing those |
| 494s | activities feel a little bit better |
| 496s | because you never know when you'll get |
| 498s | one of these to drop it'll drop more |
| 500s | often if you're using rest bonus and the |
| 503s | rewards are also kind of in tune with |
| 506s | where you are at in the game so if |
| 507s | you're playing higher level Guardian |
| 508s | raids or higher level chaos dungeons the |
| 511s | rewards will be amped up a little bit |
| 512s | Yeah so fate of Embers I think it's |
| 514s | better to just show you I'm gonna go hop |
| 517s | in a chaos dungeon and let's see if I |
| 519s | can get one to drop for me wait are we |
| 520s | leaving this room in this delightful set |

| 524s | unlocked it and are finally letting me |

| 610s | highlight reel the next uh key bracket |
| 614s | of changes is mostly for new players so |
| 616s | we're going to cover it quickly but if |
| 618s | you're a new player looking to get into |
| 619s | lost Arc and want the specifics feel |
| 621s | free to go read through it in the patch |
| 623s | notes but we have a big change coming to |
| 626s | the way that tiers one and two work |
| 629s | they're being Consolidated into a single |
| 632s | tier for anyone that played through the |
| 634s | game you know maybe even played through |
| 636s | the main storyline on multiple |
| 637s | characters since we launched a year and |
| 640s | a half ago you know that there's a lot |
| 642s | of honing a lot of early gear changes |
| 644s | and the goal of this is to just |
| 647s | consolidate everything and make it a bit |
| 649s | more of an Express experience for new |
| 651s | players looking to get into the game |
| 653s | play through the storyline that sort of |
| 655s | thing |
| 656s | so we're because of those item level |
| 659s | changes that are happening in the |
| 662s | earlier tiers there's also a few |
| 663s | happening in early tier three that you |
| 665s | might notice |
| 666s | but for players that are further along |
| 668s | in their journey and playing more of |
| 671s | that the current content coming into the |
| 674s | game there won't be any noticeable or |
| 676s | major impacts on your gear along with |
| 679s | that for new players we're also |
| 681s | extending some of the Buffs provided by |
| 684s | the makoko buff and also by procyon's |
| 687s | protection so new players will will have |
| 689s | a little bit more of a combat boost when |
| 691s | they get into the game as well uh so |
| 693s | we're going to talk about Tuki bang Bang |
| 694s | Yeah that and a few more events cool |
| 697s | like I was just talking about with the |
| 698s | tier one tier 2 and early tier 3 revamp |
| 701s | we also have a new story Express event |
| 705s | coming in which will also help you know |
| 707s | new players looking to get into Lost Ark |
| 710s | so story Express event is going to last |
| 712s | until November |
| 715s | and a player can use that you know on a |
| 718s | new character on their roster either a |
| 719s | new player or if you want to play the |
| 722s | storyline over again be my guest |

| 727s | along with that we have a few other |
| 728s | events coming in we have the second half |
| 731s | of the maharaka festival happening this |
| 734s | summer with the new Tuki bang bang event |
| 739s | where you will battle a big tukey with |
| 742s | water guns and some other fun toys and |
| 745s | you know just have a blast in the sun in |
| 748s | Arcadia fun fun summer in Arcadia |
| 751s | on top of that we have two other events |
| 755s | coming in we have the the new playtime |
| 758s | reward event which is a new system for |
| 763s | rewarding players based on how much |
| 764s | they're playing the game you can log in |
| 766s | and then I think if you play up to 90 |
| 768s | minutes you can get some pretty cool new |
| 771s | rewards so keep an eye out for that when |
| 773s | you're logging in in the coming weeks |
| 776s | and the final one is the golden frog is |
| 780s | making a return we know players have |
| 782s | been requesting that so we've we were |
| 785s | able to pull that into this update too |
| 787s | um you can spend gold on a variety of |
| 790s | honing materials or legendary engraving |
| 792s | books so have fun gambling for those new |
| 795s | expensive aromancer ones |
| 797s | so we have three cosmetic collections |
| 799s | arriving in this update we have the |
| 801s | aromancer launch skins and a new neria's |

| 1026s | skills that were completely changed or |
| 1028s | removed we will be doing an amulet uh |
| 1032s | tripod skill compensation for those |
| 1035s | classes so if you had a class with a |
| 1038s | skill that was removed that you'd |
| 1039s | leveled up you'll get an amulet to |
| 1041s | replace that so you can level up another |
| 1043s | comparable skill to fill that one slot |
| 1047s | um so you've closed your patch notes I |
| 1049s | assume that means we've um done enough |
| 1052s | we've done enough but there are probably |
| 1054s | literally thousands of changes that we |
| 1057s | haven't covered in this video like we |
| 1059s | mentioned earlier the goal was to be |
| 1060s | kind of an Express version of the patch |
