@LeRosenkranz Glad you asked! The Closed Beta will allow us to test several things including server and game stability as well as new technical integrations such as voice chat, accessibility features, and the in-game store. It will also help us find bugs at a larger scale.

@Twiejk Hi! Unfortunately, we are not able to support Belgium and the Netherlands due to local laws and regulations regarding random in-game items. We'll provide an update if this changes in the future ^^

@Dragonours Yes! If you purchased through Steam, the “Lost Ark Closed Beta'" will appear automatically in your library when the download is ready. If you purchased through Amazon, you will be emailed a Steam key which you can then use to download the Closed Beta.

If you signed up for Closed Beta via the Tester Sign Up page, you could receive your key at any time from 11/4 - 11/9. We will be selecting participants randomly. If you've purchased a Founder's Pack, check your Steam or e-mail as the client is available for pre-download.

Heads up for the Closed Beta! From 9 AM PT - 12 PM PT on 11/4, we will be focusing on load testing. You will only be able to see 1 world per region and may experience delays getting in-game. This is intentional and will help us work towards a smooth launch experience.
