[2019] Now that xp is back, can we finally change the weekly win count to something that makes sense

This is on our (long) list of polish improvements we want to make. Under the hood this is a quest to get 1 weekly win, which chains into a quest to get 2 weekly wins, etc. That leads to the display you see, showing your progress on your current quest. I agree that something that indicated the total available would be more clear.
