[2019] Devs, can we remove the buzzing sound?

When you are in a game you hear this buzzing sound and it's getting really annoying. I don't understand where it's coming from on the screen and you have to get rid of all SFX to mute it.I really enjoy the ambience of the game and would rather not mute the SFX.
