I am a noob so please bear with me. I got the old starter decks through the challenge where you get the cards if you win a game with the deck. I got all of the ten decks that way. Today I realized that there are ten new starter decks and they and the cards in them are already in my collection.
Do we get new starter decks every time a new set like New Horizon 3 comes out? And why don't I have to play them in the event in order to get their cards but got them automatically?
