[2019] The next Plane-cation Event is Standard Shakeup. And the list of banned cards is different from the one in the first annoucement.

I wanted to post to clarify that this list is IN ADDITION to the regular best of one Standard banned list, consisting of Nexus of Fate and Rampaging Ferocidon.
