10 months in, still an issue :( I just lost a game i could have totally won with Slitherwisp + thieves' guild enforcer + third creature in play, opponent in 4 wipes the board, I tried destroying my 3rd creature for a draw but couldn't. turns out it was the counter I needed to win the game
Looks like this regressed (we fixed it shortly after AFR, but it snuck back in). We're working on it.
