[2021] Account got erased during maintenance

Has anyone ever had their account erased? I logged into arena after maintenance and it put me back in the tutorial. I thought it was weird, but went ahead and skipped the tutorial. My account was completely erased. I've confirmed it is the same account I've used to enter mtgmelee tournaments in the past. hadesblade#85526.

I'm really flustered and don't know what to do. I've spent hundreds of hours playing on arena, and had several rare complete sets and tons of gems and gold. I sent in a ticket to support but... I wanted to see if anyone else was having a similar issue or has in the past? Thanks...
