The sound usually comes back when I am dead and then when the round ends the sound goes back to this nonsense… on top of that switching sides I freeze on load up and have to restart my entire game and log back in I can only play tdm and the sound issue happens there too now.. I am on Xbox Series X and it’s started happening since I got my nova skin
Okay, lots to unpack here so I want to make sure I have this right for when I report it to the team:
Yeah while you are reporting sound bugs you may want to look into cannons ability literally making all audio disappear and there becomes a crackling noise during him firing too
This one we have a fix for and it should be resolved in an upcoming update.
So if you listen closely the footstep sounds are not normal and they actually cannot be heard when I’m running around in the plane
Sounds: footsteps sound like in the video there like completely off, and come back like scratching randomly, no gunshot sounds, no pinging sounds…. Background sounds like jumping out of the plane are normal.
When I switch sides it’s normal until I hit swap weapons and the entire game freezes and I have to completely exit out of the game and try get back in the game… sometimes it works sometimes I’m stuck on loading and loads after I get penalty for leaving 30 minutes long…
So I can choose to risk playing demo, strikeout again but I just play tdm to not risk the freeze I still have the option to go into those games after my penalty goes away
The sound issue is 50/50 sometimes everything is fine and others this happens.. been happening since I got the Nova skin I might try to take it off and see if it occurs still

Something has likely gone wrong with your asset bundles. Try going to Options -> Report Bug -> Validate Bundles
