[2019] Is setting phase stops trickier for anyone else?

I started playing Niv Reclaimation a bit which often requires some micro at the end of your turn and it feels hard to set the full control stops in the phases manually. I played around with Treasure Map before so I know how it works and didn't have a problem before but for some reason clicking the end step seems off or harder to land. Anyone else noticing it? It could also be I've started playing the game windowed but I really don't think that's it just that step is harder to hit straight away.
