[2023] Anyone else missing gold packs? Do they eventually expire?

This might be a little bit of a unique situation, but I'm curious if it's not just me. I had 8 gold packs left from buying the WoE packs pre-order bundle. I hadn't opened them because I was hoping something might be changed at some point so that they wouldn't include LotR cards (I don't play Alchemy or Historic). Yesterday, I had those 8 packs. Today, I have no packs.

I've already submitted a support ticket, but has anyone else had something similar happen this week, or ever? Do the gold packs eventually expire and I just didn't see the fine print somewhere?
