If players experience a black screen when attempting to view packs in their collection, please restart the client.
External link →If you're running into a black screen when looking at packs, restarting your client should fix this. If you preordered both bundles, please restart client twice.
If you're running into a black screen on start up, we're looking into it right now. Please send us a bug report with game logs and DXDiag so we can look further into it.
If you're running into purchase issues, like not seeing the Mastery Pass on your account, contact our support team so they can check your account!

We're sorry for the inconvenience and are currently looking into these issues! Please note that having "detailed logs" turned on really helps, you can turn those on in the options menu+account (bottom left hand corner).
