[2019] APR 17 - 0.13.01.03 Client Update

We will be deploying a client update on April 17th, 2019 at approximately 1:15PM PDT (20:15 UTC). While no downtime is expected, players will be notified in-game that an update is available and will be required to download a small patch the next time Magic: The Gathering Arena is launched.

Additional Information: We removed the carousel item highlighting the Friday Night Magic code cards, however the event and promotion is still planned for United States/Canada (excluding Quebec).
