Hey. Ive been playing a couple years. This last update wiped out all the info on my account practically, except my name and some messages. All my decks, cards, mastery progress, saved points are gone. Screenshots to show whats going on.

Customer service has told me that what I’m saying is impossible. I can’t grind for two years again to get to where i was. I’m hoping someone can help me out. I hit the refresh game data button thing. That did nothing. I logged out and back in.
