[2019] PSA: Please Update Before Redeeming the "PlayWarSpark" Code

In order to use the "PlayWarSpark" code, you will need to download and install the latest update (APR 25 - 0.14.00.00). You will not receive your packs if you do not have the War of the Spark game update!

If you attempted to redeem the code prior to updating to 0.14.00.00, you will need to contact customer support to receive your packs.
