[2023] LOTR prerelease packs missing?

Logged in just now to see my LOTR prerelease packs are just gone, the ones I got from the code in my kit I mean. On top of that I have one more daily challenge then I should, cause I had one yesterday and three today. Anyone else experiencing wacky stuff?

Edit: they said the devs are working on a fix, but they're yet to give any packs back as far as I know.

Edit 2: devs have commented, working on a getting the packs and decks to those of us that al affected.

We're aware and working to get the packs (or decks, in the case of the LTR Starter Decks) out to the affected players. They should be arriving in your in-game inbox sometime later today or early tomorrow.
