[2023] Please help! Friend Matching and Direct Matching bugs are devastating user-made tournaments.

Hello!

There is an ongoing bug that affects players, rendering them unable to use friend matching and direct matching after an update in early October.

While the ability to not play against friends has minimal impact, these functionalities are used by major online tournaments in Japan. This bug has caused several tournaments to be canceled and risks causing a massive downfall in the number of people enjoying MTGA in Japan.

There have been no responses from WotC, and users are wary if WotC even recognizes this as a bug to be fixed with high priority. Word has been spread on Twitter, but we'd like more engagement for this to reach WotC's ears.
