[2019] PSA: Bug with Teferi, Time Raveler

So you cannot cast double cards that are sorceries as instants with teferi, Time Raveler. Atleast Discover and Resurgence (not that you'd ever want to give your opponent 2 combat phases) are not able to be used this way and I assume that is the same for all other double cards that are sorceries
