We are aware of an issue where players who update to the 1.00.00 game update are not receiving three new Quests and/or their Weekly Win progress has not been reset. This is not the intended behavior, and we are currently investigating.

We have resolved the issue with Quests, Weekly Wins, and Renewal Rewards. All players should have three Quests (including Quests in-progress prior to this update) and 0/15 Weekly Wins, and will see their Renewal Rewards the next time the game is launched. Affected players should restart their game client at this time.
