[2019] Looking for a specific card but can't find one.

So most of the time I play against esper decks, that is why i'd like to try to counter it.
To do that i wanted to "give" my opponent nikya of the old ways.

The problem is that I don't know how. First I thought about switcheroo or any other exchange card but i wouldn't be able to cast them due to nikya's effect (I don't know if Dreadhord Arcanist would let me cast such a spell from my graveyard or Rona, Desicple of Gix). The next step was to look for a creature but I can't find one that let's me target my own creature to disable an ability for one turn. is there a way to res. my creature on my opponents board or any other way to get it over there?
