I was under the impression that at 8am PST that the set would be live/draftable? Does anybody know when it will be live?
It's up now; looks like things were available around 8:20
For background, we normally "Push the button" to set things deploying at 8:00am Pacific. Those deploy jobs generally take 15-30 minutes, though sometimes we have additional things we need to do before or after. That's a good, general rule for when to expect releases.
For mobile clients, timing is more variable and depend on the content rollout in the iOS/GooglePlay store. Those roll things out to different content nodes over time, and results can be highly variable. It should generally be available everywhere by 9am
