[2019] Auto ordering cards needs to be able to be turned off

Its happened to me a bunch of times now that I've been unable to order the cards going to the bottom with azcanta. this has been driving me crazy but didn't usually cost me a game. This last one was super frustrating to me though. I was in the control mirror and we were both passing with a bunch of mana up waiting for someone to break the mirror. I had an an active azcanta and didn't want to take any cards but the game was gonna go for a while longer so I wanted to start ordering the cards in my library but obviously by the title in my post found that I couldn't. I finally searched to see how to do it as turning off all the auto orderings in the settings and even full control didn't do it. I found a post saying that it doesn't let you until you have 10 cards or fewer in library as it doesn't matter the rest of the time. Why you aren't able to change this in settings or in full control I simply cannot comprehend and imo definitely needs to be changed so that you don't get screwed in those drawn out games where it matters a lot.
