[2020] When do the free Workshop Mondays events start?

The February State of the Game mentioned a series of free 48 hour Workshop events starting Mondays in February. I was hoping to see it today, at either 4pm GMT or 7pm GMT, but it hasn't appeared yet.

Is the 1st one only starting next week as that's the last Monday in February? The Magic Arena event schedule is out of date as usual. Thanks in advance.
