[2019] PSA: If your game is stuttering since the last update, check your graphics settings

Yo, simple and quick:

Started the game and it was stuttering like me when talking to a girl, very annoying. Just check your graphics settings and see that there now is a Frame Limiter. Set this to your monitor's refresh rate (or higher), or if unsure, just to Unlimited.

PS: I want a 144 option, pls.
