Secret Lair Sleeve Purchase Date

Currently, the FAQ for Secret Lair code redemption incorrectly states that these sleeves will also be available for purchase starting on December 12, 2019. While we do intend to make these sleeves available for purchase on Magic: The Gathering Arena, the exact date has yet to be determined.

We apologize for the confusion, and we are working to get this information corrected on the Secret Lair website.

Codes will be released as product is made available. Players who received their codes from their purchase can redeem them immediately. Please be aware that there is a known issue with code redemption, and you will not receive a pop-up showcasing the items you have received (though you should still receive the “Code Redemption Successful” notification).

• Workaround: The sleeve/s should properly appear after the game refreshes your collection. This can be done by navigating to the Packs page, playing in a match, or restarting the client.
