[2023] In-game chat gone after update

After updating the game with the new version release, my in-game chat is gone. I have both global and alliance chat enabled in the menu and tried restarting, as well as deleting and reinstalling. Anyone else have this happen or have any ideas on fixing it?

As a side note, after reinstalling the app had to download over 1.5 gigs of assets…
